Tai Chi and Chi Kung at L’Iber
Once again this year, L’Iber, Museo de los Soldaditos de Plomo, continues offering its Tai Chi and Chi Kung sessions in Valencia, a well-established activity within the museum’s programme that allows visitors to enjoy the practice of mindful movement in a unique historic setting.
The sessions are led by Empar Torres and combine gentle, coordinated movements, breathing and concentration. Practising Tai Chi and Chi Kung can help improve mobility, balance, coordination and flexibility, as well as promoting relaxation and general well-being.

Practising Tai Chi also means dedicating time to yourself, stepping away for a while from the daily routine to work mindfully on the connection between body, breath and movement.
The Tai Chi classes in Valencia take place in the Patio de los Arcos at L’Iber, a historic space located right in the city centre. The setting provides a calm and pleasant atmosphere in which to enjoy each session.
No prior experience is necessary. The sessions are open both to people who already practise Tai Chi and Chi Kung and to those who wish to try these disciplines for the first time.
