TICKET PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Purpose
These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets for a visit to the Museo L’Iber (L’Iber, Museo de los Soldaditos de Plomo), managed by Fundació de la Comunitat Valenciana Libertas 7.
2. Purchase process
Purchases are made through the online shop at museoliber.org. Customers must provide their first name, last name and email address. Once payment has been completed, a confirmation will be sent by email.
3. Prices
The prices shown are exempt from VAT under Article 20(1)(14) of Spanish Law 37/1992 (Value Added Tax Act), as the organisation is a non-profit entity of a cultural nature.
4. Cancellation and refund policy
Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be accepted except for reasons attributable to the museum (extraordinary closure, cancellation of an activity).
In the event of an extraordinary closure or cancellation by the museum, customers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days by contacting info@museoliber.org.
5. Validity of tickets
Tickets are valid only for the visit date selected at the time of purchase. Access is not guaranteed with tickets for a date other than the one indicated.
6. Use of personal data
The data provided during the purchase will be processed by Fundació de la Comunitat Valenciana Libertas 7 for the sole purpose of managing the order. It will not be shared with third parties. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
7. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Valencia, without prejudice to any rights afforded to the consumer under applicable law.
