Online Tickets

Tickets purchased through museoliber.org are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be granted except for reasons attributable to the museum (extraordinary closure, cancellation of the activity).

In the event of an extraordinary closure or cancellation by the museum, the customer may request a full refund within 14 calendar days by contacting info@museoliber.org.

This policy is applied in accordance with Article 103.l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), which excludes from the right of withdrawal services related to leisure activities when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance, as is the case with museum tickets.

Shop Products

The Museo L’Iber online shop currently only sells museum entry tickets; no physical products are sold or shipped through the website. This policy will be updated if physical products with shipping are introduced in the future.
